father. We have our faith, Jesus and Mary. This is all we need. As far as im concerned there are too many flaws with Garabandal to put my faith in it, and the Church itself has basically said this. Each too there own, but hey, maybe im wrong, and that would be amazing. We will see. I believe Garabandal's Story is true. It is affirmed by St. Mary in the Book "True Life in God" of Ryden Vassula. The message is for our salvation, repentance, peace, love of God and neighbor as reminder of God's message in the Bible.

@jesuaj May I ask you, is it not only a priest who can distribute holy communion? and why has the warning not already happened? do you really believe concita? I have my doubts about this. For example how would someone landing a plane or driving a car not have an accident, and what if you were sleeping or under anisthetic during an operation, or giving birth? @RICAPASO Dont get me wrong, I am a practising catholic, ive been to medugorje and believe in Fatima. However there seem to be many inconsistencies with Garabandal. For example, one of the visionaries said that pope jp2 would see the miracle, and Padre Pio, however they are both dead. The visionaries also denied seeing Mary at all, which gives me doubt as the fact that they said they would do this anyway seemed like they were keeping themselves safe, even if they did own up.

In the month of December of 1977 Bishop Dal Val of Santander, in union with his predecessors, stated that in the six years of being bishop of Santander there were no new phenomena.

The Church has been VERY specific about Garabandal. It is completely a matter for the local bishop and every single one of them that has been in office since then have all stated that it lacks supernatural character. Rome was consulted and presented no disagreement. Conchita herself no longer accepts the event as supernatural. Case closed.

@gmsausa According to what I've read, Conchita herself does not promote Garabandal nor is she at all convinced that what she experienced was Mary. The Diocese would not give this any approval (even went so far as to restrict the devotion) and the Vatican saw no evidence strong enough to make any attempt to go over the bishop's head. The Church is the body of Christ and God grants it the grace to discern true apparitions. That's why this has not been and will not be approved.
@bonzoscarpetcleaning . Yeah, I heard that too. Im quite aware what the official stand of our church at the present time. But it doesnt stop from believing that the apparition is one of the divine works and divine revelation of God thru Mary. Maybe not now but later on, the church will approve it and pray for that. If you remember other apparitions in the past, they didnt get the official approval from the church very soon. All I can say, this is another trick of the devil to stop the message.

@RICAPASO Dont get me wrong, I am a practising catholic, ive been to medugorje and believe in Fatima. However there seem to be many inconsistencies with Garabandal. For example, one of the visionaries said that pope jp2 would see the miracle, and Padre Pio, however they are both dead. The visionaries also denied seeing Mary at all, which gives me doubt as the fact that they said they would do this anyway seemed like they were keeping themselves safe, even if they did own up.

@RICAPASO Conchita and the rest of the children signed a document with the bishop agreeing with the findings of the Church and promising never to promote the apparitions again. Does that sound like the Church is open to the possibility that these visions are from heaven? The original visionaries have reportedly lived up to this signed document, but the Garabandal promoters have not.

Well we will see but I have my doubts.Why would concita have told Fr j pelletier that she stole the eaucharist herself? or why would our lady play hide and seek, bless objects (she has never done this before, and she is not a priest) . Who knows, maybe to cause confusion, cause euphoria, take creedance from true apparitions like Fatima, and cause disobedience to the church. In reference to the Eucharistic celebration in Garabandal, following the decision of my predecessors, I ruled that Masses can be celebrated only in the parish church and there will be no references to the alleged apparitions and visiting priests who want to say Mass must have approval from the pastor, who has my authorization. @gmsausa Are you suggesting the Holy See is trying to work against heaven? If this is where you've been lead by believing this apparition, do you still see no sign of the devil at work? I do. This is why we need to be careful about any apparition lacking Church approval. Ultimately the legitimate episcopal authority is called into question by the believer. If the devil puts any wedge no matter how slight between the faithful and the Church, he's done well for himself.

The Church has been VERY specific about Garabandal. It is completely a matter for the local bishop and every single one of them that has been in office since then have all stated that it lacks supernatural character. Rome was consulted and presented no disagreement. Conchita herself no longer accepts the event as supernatural. Case closed.

@gmsausa According to what I've read, Conchita herself does not promote Garabandal nor is she at all convinced that what she experienced was Mary. The Diocese would not give this any approval (even went so far as to restrict the devotion) and the Vatican saw no evidence strong enough to make any attempt to go over the bishop's head. The Church is the body of Christ and God grants it the grace to discern true apparitions. That's why this has not been and will not be approved.

But it doesnt stop from believing that the apparition is one of the divine works and divine revelation of God thru Mary. Maybe not now but later on, the church will approve it and pray for that. If you remember other apparitions in the past, they didnt get the official approval from the church very soon. All I can say, this is another trick of the devil to stop the message.

Bec. of disobedience of His people, the Father sent His only Son to save His people and in this plan of salvation, He created a new Eve (Gen.3:15)who is now part of God's eternal plan of salvation and she is Mary, whom God exalted to be the Queen of Heavens (Rev. 12). The life of Mary was known to those who knew Her during Her time and of course just like us now, there were things happened beyond human understanding and no one can explain but accept and believe. Mary just slept and the body was gone replaced with all beautiful flowers with excellent heavenly fragrance. There were not written in the bible bec our Bible focus on Jesus and the Holy Trinity, that people may believe there is really a God above us and within us.

@johnthreesixteen316 All apparitions which calls for repentance and to amend our old ways because God is so offended are not demonic. They are prophetic. They are divine works. The Assumption of Mary to heaven was being revealed in one of the divine works of God and the Queenship of Mary is mentioned by John in his writings in the book of Revelations. To understand all this, one must ask for the grace from Holy Spirit, the spouse of our Blessed Lady who conceived Jesus in Her womb.

Please focus on the message...the same message of Fatima and even of Lourdes...Our Lady is asking or even begging for repentance, to stop sinning and return to God, stop transgressing the law of God which was being handed thru tradition and specifically in the scriptures. Can the devil ask or beg the people to stop sinning? to repent for our sins and men to appease God.

@johnthreesixteen316 .there are many things happened during the time of Christ and Mary that were not written in the Bible (John 2:25). The bible is just like the synopsis. That's why we Catholic has this tradition, because Christ came to correct what has been distorted by the sinning generation at that time. If you believe in Jesus, you should honor His Mother because this is His desire that His Mother be honored by all mankind because God chose Her to be the mother of His Son and who are we?

Our Blessed Mother is once again appealing to Her children to pray so hard this time because Satan is now trying to penetrate in the house of Jesus in Rome, the house of Peter, the first Pope whom Jesus Christ had given His authority. Thats why our Queen of Heaven appeared many times in this generation bec She can not just look at us, Her children following the path of darkness. Can Jesus tell us to reject His own mother when He is teaching us how to be good children of God, how to be obedient, how to Love one another, to be humble and honor our parents in the 10 commandments? Dont you see these simple truth? How can we reject Mary who bore Him in her womb for 9 months and stay with HIM 'till His death on the cross. She kept all this in Her Heart.

Christ is the only One Who has died and ascended into Heaven......John 3:13 "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." Mary is in her grave waiting for the resurrection of the dead. The apparitions are not Mary.

@johnthreesixteen316 . Mary didnt ascend to Heaven, like Jesus.Jesus is a God so therefore, He can ascend to Heaven. But Mary was assumed to Heaven.When we say assumed, there is another subject/person/spirit who took her body and brought it up the heavens. If you cant believe it now. I am very certain you will understand it one day because our blessed Lady will come to you, to all Her children who dont honor Her as the mother of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and Im looking 4ward on that day.

Buy the way.the warning. It can only be one thing. Multiple sunrises and sunsets in a short period of time. No scientist could refute it. No one could. Imagine the people waking up in the middle of the night to find it is daytime Lol. If everyone is to experience it, they would have to wake up for some reason. Interesting when it should happen. i dont' know....Mari Loli, one of the little witnesses died this month and nothing has happened yet(great miracle), Joey Lomangino, the guy that Mary promised to gain the view with the miracle, is very old, close 90, so i think he has no big time waiting for the miracle.....of course the girls saw something expectacular..but i begin to believe that it was demoniac...i am very confused

Padre Pío was a believer in Garabandal...Jesus was in him at all times...so much that he wore the stigmata and he comfimed it because he spoke with our Mother everyday!!!! So back off! The Catholic Church has done no such thing. She has said that there is not enough evidence to call it supernatural, but has not forbidden anyone from believing it. There is a big difference between suspending judgment and outright condemnation.

@ Jpax1711 - Excuse me, but this is not true. Garabandal was evaluated only at the local, bishop level. One bishop said not enough evidence, but the current one believes it is all real and is just waiting for the signs and so forth.
