if you using 20Mbps speed you should get about 2.56MB/sec or not less then 1.80MB/sec.

20Mbps x 1024 = 20480

20480 / 8 = 2560Mb

80% > 2560 = 2048Mb << its mean your download should not less then 2Mb internet speed.
