  • Sure did look like you had THE HARDEST time leaving through that one door....sike. The Barista's talk to people because they are nice. They're just creating good customer service.

  • what was that? Like Starbucks controls how many doors are build on buildings. Love the part how you walk in a complain how longs this going to take. Sorry the world doesn't revolve around you.

  • if your experience there is so crappy, why go back? the reason the employees talk to everybody is to make a connection with their customers, which is part of good service. how about seeing them as human beings and not peons?
