@oliball123 I am asian, adn we use many raw eggs in our dish, as long as you use completely fresh eggs your fine, japanrese use raw eggs in many of there dishes, and I think it's safer to use the yolk and not the whites.

@Teien3 I think it's cooked in a custard base first though....then made into ice cream. So i wonder how raw egg would be safe to east just being frozen without cooking first. Anyone else know?
