all i can say is look at andy specs tigra at 400bhp at its early stages it had 6 spd box and ate a zonda on the m1 for fun for under a grand an xe'd vauxhall nova/corsa pound to a penny you cant get the proformance from anything else and even putting the 2.3 saab turbo engine in you have got mint power to weight ratio and in a realistic race around town you cant beat em.....

novas are nice looking cars but are quite basic underneath.in my opinion they are one of the best proportioned cars ever designed,with a few mods that is.a mint gsi with speedline alessio 2 rims,lowered with a seat ibiza splitter.old school shizzle.

most skylines have awd and active yaw control,which in a race anywhere would kick a nova,any spec,im mean....come on!3.6l vs 1.6l,dont be daft.tuned skylines and evos will beat anything,period.its all down to the diffs.thanks

Very nice mate, plenty of people can buy a Nova and put a big engine in it, I have a Nova with a 2.5 v6 engine about 230 bhp but I can gaurentee that you will out handle it because of the weight over the front wheels, In a straight line mabye I would keep up but not on a track. Mines has been lightened and has coilovers etc but this is still quicker.

The radical uses a 1300cc motorcycle engine which will redline about 14k revs. Has a weight of about 460kgs. Very nice cars... yeah, i agree any sized engine car can race, heck they even race 2cv`s!!! I do wish Vauxhall novas would be destroyed off the face of this earth, i had a gte, many years back. I thought it was the fastest thing on the road... then i got introduced to bikes... nuff said
