For example I'm American and have a Texan accent. When I visit my family in Wisconsin to me they have a weird accent.. all that to say everyone has accents and Charice is a really good singer. For everyone's info, ENGLISH is our SECOND language in the Philippines. And, 98% of Filipino people speaks the language. ACCENT doesn't matter here, so long as you can express your self better in ENGLISH, you'll be understood by anyone. Lea Michelle sounds usually too sharp when singing as if there are no low notes in every song. Charice has very soothing sound when singing low notes and an amazing powerful sound when she belts high notes. Lea is good but Charice is great! Celine, whitney and Mariah recognises that!

For everyone's info, ENGLISH is our SECOND language in the Philippines. And, 98% of Filipino people speaks the language. ACCENT doesn't matter here, so long as you can express your self better in ENGLISH, you'll be understood by anyone. It makes me so proud to be a Filipino because we can speak it clearly and concisely unlike other nationalities. PEACE!!!

Charice is one fantastic world citizen! I like the way Charice speaks in English, she makes the effort to communicate and converse with you. And most of all, i really really like the way she speaks English, the accent is so Charice only, very charming, exotic in a way,and very sincere. she actually does not even sound like the typical Filipino trying to speak in English at all.

i dont know about u all filipinos talking about accent when we're all pinoys/nays. when u grew up in pinas & lived in visaya,ilocos,or mindanao raised by ur parents w/ those dialects-sure ur accent will be like those visayan,ilocanos speaking folks,so dont expect them2talk well in tagalog-coz there tongues are already twisted2be that way, unless they learn how2talk in tagalog-our nat'l language, the same way if we talk in english it will B different fr americans so dont argue on this.cha is good

Lea Michelle sounds usually too sharp when singing as if there are no low notes in every song. Charice has very soothing sound when singing low notes and an amazing powerful sound when she belts high notes. Lea is good but Charice is great! Celine, whitney and Mariah recognises that!
