If your not mechanically inclined, they might be hard. Otherwise its mostly a matter of unbolting a bunch of stuff, replacing the fuel plate with the aftermarket one, and then bolting everything back together.

@ekymayne air intake and exhaust should be first when you get the turbo to breath you can push more air into the system, more air means more fuel can be added, from there you can slide the fuel plate back adjust the pump bigger injectors, bigger turbo or intercooler, head studs would have to be added for strength now, bigger fuel lines to the injectors will also help your truck lope a little, and an air dog would never hurt
