This is honestly a waste of scuba diving. You could've just swam underwater like that without the tank. You guys are like 8-12ft deep. No need for a tank.
@halalpoultry You obviously do not know much about scuba diving. Most of the visible sea-life is around this depth, plus we had good shots of coral. Apart from that, this was the third and final dive of the day and we had planned to be shallower due to earlier, deeper dives. This is a drift dive.
I personally cannot hold my breath for ten minutes but if you can then you would not need a tank.
@codkiller100 Hi yes, I purchased this camera not long after release. I was one of the first who reported the blur underwater. I'm looking at purchasing a flat lens / housing from one of the many people making these now before I go on my next trip. The longer I wait the cheaper they become!
@tonyppe I can't remember the guys who was with us when we went out on the boat, but when I did my first dive just off the beach the instructor was Katie.
Good video. Can't wait to dive the Red Sea sometime. I love my GoPro. Check out my videos on yourtube too as I wear my Go Pro on my head for hand free filming. Also have video on vimeo titled Key West Adventure 2010.
hey i was wondering how was the camera for u while diving? did u enjoy using it ? and how deap would have u used it? thx just lookin around for a fun diving video camera
@John087w I regret not using 720p @ 60fps. The reason being at 60fps there is double the clarity. I could have slowed the footage down to get better shots of the little close ups I did and to have them in frame for longer. Also the footage wouldnt have been so shakey!

@counternub40 You'll have to look on a map. I think middle garden is actually an area of the Sea, rather than land!
