Too heavy I don't know what you are talking about. The price itself is expensive for those Blue Ray Disc Camera's. Maybe if they dropped the price at least $100 maybe more people would buy them.
I got an older 2007 model Hitachi DVD camera on ebay for around $75. If I had purchased the camera 2 years ago it would have cost at least $300 at Circuit City. Just wait a couple of years and you can get a camera cheap.
Plus I didn't find any youtube videos on the dvd camera I bought.
how does a large greedy brand fuck up a format ? too many versions , DRM's, copyright shlt , lawsuits against people doing slight mods on hardware or the software , sony's a right fcuk up isnt it
Interesting concept, though I believe hard disc recording is the way forward. Blue Ray is great for movies and games, and even though Blue Ray has won the HD war, we already have various Blue Ray formats which won't work with each other - this Hitachi cam will only play back on the PS3 (outside itself) and not on anything else as yet.
Improved hard drive technology should be the goal for cams and less HD compression - those buying HD want REAL HD.
was this recorded with the hitachi? HAHHA
