  • I am super clever and remembered to upload my vid yesterday, but not to post it as a response, dur hur hur :D

  • I promise to add some complex carbs into my eating routine because I am scared to death of them and see how the week goes

  • I promise to not snack on the lovely skittles anymore in the back room at work =) lol. I usually am really good but I have been nonstop snacking on those silly skittles. I'm going to bring healthy snackies just in case I get an urge to snack on skittles. As for my little reward, I'm going to either get my hair styled or a pedicure. I'm really anal about my nails but I tend to neglect my feeties. So happy this is your first video, I watched it a few days ago but didn't get a chance to respond.

  • @OperationCupcakes I have become addicted to eating cherry tomatoes with mustard on top. lol... Im weird. I mainly like salty things

  • This week I am going to eat fruits/veggies @ EVERY meal this week. If I can do that not only will I be getting my vitamins but it will leave less room in my belly for junk food. On Sunday I will treat myself to some office supplies. Yes, I know I'm a nerd.

  • I promise myself that I will not skimp out on my core workouts at all this week. I will hit at least 2 core workouts when I get to the gym (meaning at least 6). My reward will be purchasing a book "Tax Saavy for Small Business" the latest edition :-) I really need info in that book so that will be my reward!

  • I promise to run 15 miles this week and to run at least one of those miles in less than 6 minutes. My reward will be to go to the movies with my girl friend.

  • I promise that not only during this first week but from this point forward, I am swearing off fast food. And living where I live, where there's literally a several different fast food places around the corner, my eating regime has now significantly been altered. What will I reward myself with? Don't know yet. I'll get back to you on that one. I'm sure my body will reward me with feeling much better and slimmer though. :)

  • @J2JonJeremy We have 3 mcdonalds in my suburb and like 10+ pizza places and just so much junk food. The week before the challenge started, I ate pizza twice and chinese all in one week. I'm not having fast food anymore either, its always way too many calories and makes me feel sick the next day

  • I promise NEVER to take the lift this week! And since i work in a Hospital with 12 floors and the patients i follow are scattered on several different floors and my main ward is at the 5th floor, i think it's quite challenging for myself! :D

    I'm gonna reward myself with a nice shopping day at my favourite mall!!! :)

  • I promise to eat between 1200 and 1300 calories every day this week. My reward will be to buy some makeup for myself that I've been eyeing for awhile now. :)

  • I promise to do the Tracy Anderson mat workout DVD in its entirety (including the dreaded weights section) every day of this week. I don't think I've ever completed it since buying it about a year ago. My reward will be to go to an art exhibition in Paris at the weekend!

  • Im not on the challenge.. I have lost 66 pounds on my own.. But would love to do this too.. I promise i go ti gym daily n lose 5 more pounds.. N my reward will be to join zumba classes

  • I promise to do the Biggest Loser workout every night (in addition to my usual workout)! It's only 25minutes long but really gets my heart beating and I can never motivate myself to do it. So here we go!!

    My reward is beauty related as well. At the drug store here, they have these mini hair masks and I'm going to treat myself to at least two of them ;)

    So pumped for this!

    Try drinking lots of water if you're trying to eat less than you usually do.

  • aww i cant believe i missed the challenge entry vid hrmm well i'll try to keep up anyways! my promise is to keep up with my meal replacement shakes and bars, i was doing so well and then slipped up wheni ran out of bars, so i promise to replace two of my meals with the supplements i bought :D
