Cole buddy i wish you all the luck. i have nf to its hard to live with. But dont let it get you down you can do anything. your awesome keep spreading awareness mybe someday more people well know and understand what people with nf go through.
yes i also have Nf1 im 21. i ahve not had any problems yet with it. i only have the spots and a few bumps on my skin. im the only one with nf in my family. I wish that they had a walk in tulsa ok where i live so i could walk it. i think more people need to know about nf1. im also about to have a baby i hope she does not have it.
i am 18, an i got NF i havent got serius complications, just the spot sand a small escoliosis. i should have a tac every two years but all the prevention is few. even if the risk of having a strongcomlication is on 25%
I have never had any bone growths but i do have many skin tumors. the largest was the size of a half dollar, it was usrgically remived a couple of years ago. on average my largest tumors are the size of peas. i had many vicious headaches when i was young and i have hundres of cafe au lait spots some of my cafe au lait spots have thier own cafe au lait spots... oh well, take care cole.

ya its hard to go through. i ahve not been to the doc in forever for this nf1 but im pregent and i ahve an mri so hopfully nothing comes up.
