Hi there, wow, great memories, I started paddling for Mackay back in the late '80's, then on to other clubs around the place. It's great to see the sport grow so much over the years. When we began there were only 3 teams on the whole Australian mainland, Airlie Beach, Malahini (Cannonvale) and us Kahuna Resort (Mackay). Good job. You know the Hammo Cups hard when you look up and the shore isn't moving...lol

The rocky road to hammo dvd is great when watched in full and shows just how much prep is needed for the big hammo!
