this is an easy tip for u people who want an gold axe:

1: When serena tells a lie and ask u if it is very goddessy, and shows u a lever thing. drop it down to No! but not all the way, just a little bit up and she will say perfect and give u the axe. No lie. i did that and i got the gold axe!

First, you gotta pay 200,000 to the city for a bridge. Then wait a bit, until they decide to build one, & stuff. Then, it takes another 400,000 to get a fountain. (: Hope this helps
