It was a simple case of her following the law too closely instead of legislating from the bench. She even said she didn't like the law as it was written, but it wasn't her job to change it. (hint if the firefighters had been latino they wouldn't have gotten promoted either).

It was a simple case of her following the law too closely instead of legislating from the bench. She even said she didn't like the law as it was written, but it wasn't her job to change it. (hint if the firefighters had been latino they wouldn't have gotten promoted either).

I'm still trying to figure out what she said that was untrue or wrong? i'm ethinic myself, we were raised differenlty, I get it. She was trying to say that she is coming into this mostly white male realm with a very different upbrining and very different experiences and she is going to bring with her some change to the supreme court with her very different experiences and opnions. I think we needed someone like her a long time ago!

The frequency of her overturned rulings, her self-professed ethnic bias, her gender bias, her utter lack of scholarship and the absence of any judicial writings of merit summarily disqualify her.
