Whos with me that this should be in Mass Effect 3?
When the Geth and Qunari stand ready to fight each other in an epic battle for the planet. Shepard comes in and calls them to their senses, the real threath. Both races look at each other and realise how much they lost fighting each other and the leaders shake hands. The Qunaris land on their planet, look at the sky and take the helmet off. "We're home".
"Creators..." Processed all geth.
"Lets make the Reapers regret comming to our galaxy!"

No worries, I predict Shepard and Tali will reconcile the Quarians and Geth anyways, well, for the time being, afterwards the Geth will wipe them out.
