Just a tip, instead of using clone tool, just go to Select>Modify>Expand. and then expand by 1 or 2, then you dont have to do all the hard cloning by yourself.

after you make your quick select. go to Select, Modify, and expand. that will get rid of the ghost outline you have

heres a quicker and easier way to do it:

(only for adobe photoshop cs5)

1) Quick selection tool (highlight what needs to be removed)

2) Right click and click Fill (make sure the setting is Content-Aware)

3) De-select and click on Spot Healing Brush Tool (where you adjust the size there are options, make sure Content-Aware is selected)

4) Run the line around the leftover mark.

After you deleted the seat and filled with content aware the best tool for tidying up the image is the spot healing brush tool using content aware. Select a reasonable size and just click, drag or whatever and it will fill in nicely. I use it all the time. It is also great for spot healing,

The clonestamp you don´t understand though. You dont make a quick selection. You pick the place where it´ll get it´s "clone" from. As you can se while cloning, you get another point running next to your cursor. This point origins in relations to where you last let go of your mouse cursor during the quick select. This point got into the ocean in your video and hence the ocean color as it´s live cloning as you go.
