Those were the days... owned a v8-GT in that colour. Sublime.It changes your life when you own a car like that, doors open people introduce themselves, I had a great time, but the new 458 Italia is everything the New Esprit should have been, nice though the new Esprit is.

@IwantaLexusLFA I disagree. The S1 was cutting edge but this later version was bland, ugly & boring. Give me an S1 any day of the week.

@whitbyjet65 I meant the entire Esprit line up. Actually I consider gorgeous every version of Esprit from the original S1 until this one based on the Peter Stevens redesigned model in 1987. The only ugly Esprit is the last edition with those circular tailights taken from the Elise/Exige wich they haven't nothin to do with the original Esprit design.
