They don't actually need to click in, just insert it in at the same depth as the others. remember, you don't just pull straight out, if you do the keys will come flying back out. press them outwards and pull. that will keep the keys in place.
My top left, bottom left, and bottom right all click when the keys are put in. When I put the top right key in it just slides all the way with no click. Any suggestions or an alternate way to remove the stereo? thanks

Yes, thats the key. Most people just push in and then try to remove the radio by pulling. That will just make the keys come out AND sometimes, will make the radio harder to get out eventually. The TRICK is to push them in until they click, then take your Thumbs and press outward to the left and right while pulling.
