I agree, what we hear him say on camera is pretty inane, and he also sounds stoned most of the time. But the guy also wrote "Had a Dad" about loss of faith, "1%" comparing the government to a street gang, and "Ocean Size" about action over words, "Standing in the Shower (Thinking)" about the role of power in various relationships, and "Ted Just Admit It" about a media desensitized society.

I am a writer with Antikulture magazine, an art mag based out of Miami, and I had the pleasure of interviewing Shepard Fairey last week for our upcoming issue. Besides being amazingly talented, Shepard Fairey is extremely cool, approachable, and down to earth. He was as forthcoming and friendly with me as he is with Perry Farrell.
