I clicked this expecting something about the band Rosetta Stone.

I've been listening to Rosetta Stone for years and I can barely speak English!

You must listen closely, but in one version of this BRILLIANT ad, Phelps does speak a short sentence.

No amount of editing could remove his HIDEOUS Baltimore accent that verges on an urban incomprehensible MUMBLE and is almost a speech impediment.

This is one of my favorite ads of all time.

FYI: The expiration of his Rosetta contract, so I've heard from others, came in close proximity to the release of the bong-toking picture. Just a simple coincidence of no meaning.
