RIP Samber - a legend in coloured horse breeding. We have 3 generations from him now - his son Sambertino, grandson Samaii & Great grand son Stevie Wonder born this year - all have his superb temperament & they will hopefully be as long lived.

Hi we own 2 of sambers great grandchildren a 4yr old gelding and a 3 yr old mare, there sire is Parade D, out of ed king hill. \they are only 14.hh high !!! but are pure quality, just like a mini Samber!! video to follow when i work out how to download it.

I have a 4yo filly that is his grand-daughter and she is just amazing! Her sire is Art Deco. She is a spitting image of Art Deco, she looks exactly like him. Markings and all.

I think it is wonderful that Samber is 33 yoa. I have a Hessen grandson of his. My horse's sire Smaaragd son of Samber is now in Dansk in his 20s. 

I hope the whole line lives for a very long time.

I own a Samber descendent - my lovely coloured mare who is now 12. Does anyone out there own one to? Can't believe he's still going strong at his age. Looks well for it to! He has such a kind face!!!! I LOVE SAMBER to!!!!!

Check out my video of Samber's grandson Sambini. He was born May 2007 and the clips were filmed after a couple of months, then later aged 10 months. He is by Samber's full son Samthan. He's come along way since then and has achieved First Premium grading by CHAPS

I LOVE Samber! I love my Samber mare too. I sure wish the KING of Coloured had a better fitting halter and some more meat on his bones. I bet he is the only KWPN approved stallion living in such "meek" conditions. Thanks for sharing nonetheless.

The horse looks perfect for a 33 yrs old. He's the oldest living KWPN stallion in the world and wouldn't have reached that age if he wasn't taking care of in the right way.
