@tla123456 the water and the electricity are stolen from main city lines... the permissions doesn't exist... corruption everywhere will allow you to do anything you want... in countries where the laws are impossitive like yours, everything will be ok... but not in the third world my friend... you should travel to one of these countris and you'll see the difference...
some people all over the world won't or can't understand how and why these people can build and live in such kind of structures... in a country, like Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, etc... (actually i'm from Venezuela) there are people that can't (and sometimes doesnt want to) live in some other places that aren't like this... the permissions... only papers... in countries where te corruption is everywhere and the pooverty is the everyday's bread, you can do whatever you want...
is a tourist who came from Los Angeles, he met and fell in love with Brazil, he now lives in the Favela!! Sing Rap and people like it!! /watch?v=tJptIRv6rKg , Brazil's videos on my channel!

the only way to understand how is it possible to build and to live like this, is to spend some time living in those cities too...
