  • A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Serpent and The Rainbow, The People Under The Stairs, New Nightmare, Vampire In Brooklyn, Red Eye and The Screams Movies ! Dude that guy this amazing !

  • Oh I thought he only directed it.....Well then it was a rare miss for Craven.

  • "My soul to take" sucked because the story sucked not Wes Craven.

He just directed it and did a great job, it was the writers fault that it sucked not Wes Craven's....Wes is an absolute genius on the level of Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorcese...And unlike any other big time director, Wes Craven seems to really appreciate his fans which is very rare that any of the A-list hollywood megastars give a shit about us fans because we are the reason why these people are rich and famous. Craven rules!

  • @shadowman2192 Uh, Craven wrote My Soul To Take...

  • Wes Craven: Well... DUH!

    lol

  • I wish My Soul to Take was awesome, cause Wes has the right idea. Maybe its the movie studios that ruined it.

  • @normansmother1 Marshall Applewhite was a dark dreamer.

  • "Are you a dark dreamer?"

    Hahah! Guy sounds funny.

  • Who can hate this guy!? I mean come on, The hills have eyes, the last house on the left, Nightmare on elm street(My favorite), Red eye, The people under the stairs, the serphant and the rainbow, and who can forget the SCREAMS! This man is a fucking genius!

  • Wes Craven is a horror genius.

  • I've never understood the fervent and vitriolic opposition to horrific or graphic material. If you don't want to see it, don't. The last time I checked, there were not hordes of horror advocates herding unwilling victims into the cinema at knife and chainsaw point to watch "Last House on the Left," or whatever. They don't seem to comprehend that because they are not entertained or edified by such material, it doesn't mean that others are not. 5* and faved.

  • Elegy! We seem to be like-minded individuals in that, well, we watch the same videos.

I enjoyed your "Questions for Gamers" video series (or rather, shortseries), and (as I ranted to you before) you simply MUST post more videos pertaining to Clive Barker, as I loved your Hellraiser/HH review.

Also, yes, I agree with you. Most of idiots that protest or harbor some opposition to any sort of graphic material are typically mindless religious zealots hiding behind an obselete ideology.

  • Yeah but the way you feel compelled to point this out is the same reason that those who dislike gore movies and slashers feel compelled to display there anger at the graphic material. They're human, they can't help it. I am however immune to this curse, I am not human at all....MWAHAHAHHAA

  • The principle difference being that my position does not impose any particular standard of taste; people are free to view such material or not as their inclinations dictate. Unfortunately, those who publically rail against said material on moral grounds have consistently demonstrated a tendency to impose their very particular preconceptions on other people by campaigning to have what they deem "offensive" banned or restricted in terms of its distribution.

  • Yeah but if the film is good enough to be popular then it won't be banned, simple as that. Unless it's like a torture movie or something, which SHOULD be banned.

  • I would love to see more of therse on You Tube...

  • John McCain?! God, if I needed another reason to hate that Republican douchebag, I sure have it now...
