@NiceAndSmooth247 You shouldnt. curls are one of the biggest waste-of-time movements u can do. and if you dont care about being fit, and only want big biceps, then do them at the preacher curl rack or standing up. don't take the squat racks away from the actual athletes or people who want to better themselves

@RoryMacLeodFitness I always heard for mass, it's heaviest weight with 5 or 6 reps. Higher reps and moderate weight are for toning. But you think 21's are more of a finishing exercise?
From reading Schwarzenegger's guide, he suggested that for power 4-6 reps were best, for strength, 6-8 reps were best, and for hypertrohpy (increasing mass) 8-12 reps were best. '21s' would be considered more of a toning exercise, as far as i understand.
@msmithstud I'm not sure there's much of a difference, but I think power relates to the maximum weight one can lift in an explosive movement whereas strength would mean the ability to lift a smaller weight, more times. Hope that makes sense!
