    民進黨時代，4.2萬元裡面，只有2萬元是每個月生活費，另外2­萬元是"只給一次"的資料費，2千元是指導教授費，

    國民黨時代，把每個月2萬元增加到"每個月"3萬元，2千元是指­導教授費沒變，

    正確來說是

    民進黨政府每個月2萬元(含一次資料費和指導教授費)，

    國民黨政府每個月3萬元(含指導教授費)
