This is really unbelievable. NO ONE got OR's tone back in the day when he did his Cobra recordings! He had the best, most raw, unprocessed sound. You nail it. Your total love and respect for OR comes right through. Hope you play in SF soon. Gotta be a man to play this song the way you do.
What an amazing talent. I've been following him for 15 years and it's nice to see someone get to the next level. So many others who started off with so much promise (Johnny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Indiginous, etc... ) are stuck at the same level. Mike could be the next Mike Bloomfield.
I've seen you perform twice, just before en just after the release of hour axe to grind album here in Holland. Those performances were pretty impressive, but it's great to see you got even better over the years. Great stuff man, keep it up!
Whoah . . . This is gold. Otis himself would be so proud of what you're doing here. You seem to have cut out the middle-man, and play from your heart straight through to your fingers. Your vibrato alone taps into vast depths . . . Imagine how you'd deal with life without your guitar? Probably unimaginable.
very nice
