  • when was this? 1918 LOL

  • For all Shuai Jiao-holics:

Make sure you check out the Shuai Jiao tutorials posted on our channel.

    Peace!

  • this was taken in 1965

  • Does anyone know what year was this footage taken?!

  • Hmmm, I served in the American army, we had trouble just marching in formation, these guys perform kung Fu in formation! lol Great! Before anyone crys, yes, there are great parade performances done by our military too.

  • great shuai chiao zhi pen gong!

  • I believe Grandmaster's 80th birthday is suppose to be in 2009 as I was told per James Man Chin.

  • Jeng still teaches and has students running some programs in NYC, Ca. and Tx. Grandmaster Jeng as we crown him on 65 birthday is a true martial artist intact with wude!

  • Grandmaster is acutually closer to 75! Thank you for reconizing him....

  • Are we sure this is Chang, Teng Sheng at the end of the tape? It looks more like Han, Qing Tang. I know Han was the police instructor in Taipei.

  • Yes without a doubt there are dozens of pictures we have of him... that is GM Chang Master Chang and he was the head instructor there and you need more certain proof you could verify that with his grandson David whom is there now.Or call John Wang in Austin, Texas or Dr Daniel Weng at San Jose State.

  • BTW that is Jeng Hsing ping he is throwing who would later run the program for a while. Jeng still teaches in NYC.

  • Perhaps Jeng is the gentleman my qin na/ wrestling teacher in Taiwan told me about. He said one of Chang's students was teaching in NYC. My teacher came to the US a couple of times a few years back and visited/ ran a little seminar (I think) at that school. His teacher was General Gao Fang-Xian, another national wrestling champion who was friends with Chang.

  • This was saved by a NYC Lt Detective Eddie Lental. It was about to be thrown away when he realized what it was and saved it. A small circle got this as well as the whole Tai Chi form with Master Ch'ang doing that as well as a lot more footage.

  • I would like to see the video of Grandmaster Chang doing the long form, is there any way to get a copy or view it?

  • These are students of Grandmaster Chang Teng Sheng, undefeated full contact mixed martial arts champion of mainland China performing the Chinese traditional military mixed martial art known as Shuai-Chiao and as Shuaijiao.

  • man i want to learn shuai chiao real bad.

  • sigh

    Exactly how I train...

kinda boring when you look at it, but their forms aren't bad

  • interesting...

  • great quality
