The way it usually works is a first time guest does a spot for six minutes approximately, and later is asked to the couch for an interview. After they've been around a while, then they talk first and THEN entertain. He'll get there.

Not only is Terry the best talent I have ever seen, he is the kindest most genuine person (who just happens to be a star) that you could ever meet.  He deserves everything coming his way. It's just too bad David Letterman didn't give him more time.
