I'm Curious is this being played on N64? GameCube? or on a emulator for the PC? b/c i tried some of these glitches on the gamecube version and they don't work? or maybe I suck at doing them?? lol excellent game-play! instant classic and well done at trying to push the game and system beyond its limits.
The "omg it's suboptimal" crowd over on TAS is a bunch of pansies. If it's so suboptimal, then let one of them put in the effort to beat your run. Until then, you're the champ!
i know the one nut hover trick and did it once but after playback i saw that it was desyncs and it didnt save the one nut hover jump.i had such problem like 20times while doing this vid: if u move to early after entering a new area the movie desyncs idk why.. after i finished the one nut hover (which took ages) i wasnt up for redoing it so live with it
It's an TAS where it is played in slow motion/frame advance (for precision) and uses Save states as trial and error for the hard parts (like perfect timing on side hopping).

You should change the title to: LoZ: Ocarina of Time in (insert official time here).
You would get a lot more views.

Shouldn't "1/7" be enough, considering it's in ten minute segments?

regardless that there can be optimizations here and there as stated on tasvids, this is still a very well done run and beats the old record by a lot!

lazy guy + poor emulator = suboptimal :P

If this is an TAS the forest escape can be improved badly because you can use one nut to hover and another one to megaflip with.

I understand, desyncs are such a pain especially doing the one nut hover. Thank you for your honest feedback.
