  • The only step I'd add is to cut a slit in the olives then soak them in water for a week,change the water daily.this I learned from an olive grove owner in Spain. Blue Skies! Ollie

  • I liked that...it makes me wonder what this would be liked if you canned it...

    I might try that for fun to see....LOL

    I just made 150 jars of pickled garlic...you can eat them in salads, put on pizza or use in many dishes...

    I made them at first to use for Martini's and other cocktails as they are extremely addictive but found them great in my other dishes...they have a great crunch to them...

    I use the big garlic called elephant garlic...and they look great on cocktail toothpicks...

  • Could make for a good relish tray.
