This is delicious! Next fall at Thanksgiving this is gonna be on the table. Everyone here loves olives already, but when they taste these, they are gonna wonder how we went all these years without them. I have the feeling this will get defined as real olives!

I just made 150 jars of pickled garlic...you can eat them in salads, put on pizza or use in many dishes...
I made them at first to use for Martini's and other cocktails as they are extremely addictive but found them great in my other dishes...they have a great crunch to them...
I use the big garlic called elephant garlic...and they look great on cocktail toothpicks...
