  • thanks but i have a hp compaq nc6220 and it has got the same HP boot logo and it freezes sometimes but sometimes it boots what should i do? i reseted the cmos battery and still goes!! HELP ME??

  • @MrAlbi31 why not do it at home? i just found the problem if i press the hard disk cover while i powered the pc on it boots but if i let it go while is still booting the bios and the windows i get bsod on windows or no boot on bios - strange you know what that is?
