I was Evan. I also dressed in drag, and doubled as Mother. This is definently a great play. I liked this interpretation of it, but I realize a lot of it was taken out. I think this kind of added to the comedy. Awesome job!

When I did this a couple years ago (I was Voice) we did the entire thing in about 20-30 minutes! But that was probably because we actually kept in the One, Two, and Three chorus, though, and kept in the lengthy cheating section. I loved when Allen climbed over the desk though. XD
overall, it's a good performance, but I also have some constructive criticism. Alan is a bit too fast, which is why he messed up on a few of his lines....and a ton was cut out(the chorus is a major one...and the voice didn't appear in the beginning). If done correctly, the play should last about a half-hour and it only lasted 9 minutes, so the play doesn't get the full effect.
I love this one act play, its a shame that you couldn't get everything in here but i know how hard it is to keep these things under 10 min. im a Lighting Technitian and an operator and when we did this it was 18 MIN!!! i almost died, but this was pretty awsome congratz "THIS IS THE END!!!!!"
This is terrible. Absolute crap. My friend is doing this...directing it...and i know he wouldn't allow any of this crap to go down in his production. Good god. this is the worst thing i've ever seen. Stop yelling and act.
and chris. you're not supposed to be annoying to the audience. just to alan. bleh.
yeah I would have to agree. The acting isnt good and when the class starts cheating, the script calls for specific ways of "cheating". i.e. someone holds up a sign that says "the answer to # 2 is D" and tapping pencils....etc. There was just alot of material from the script cut out.
:D This is great! We're actually doing this play in my theater class, but we haven't cast it yet. I'm actually Chinese, so when we got to the Chinese part, everyone cracked up laughing!
I did this last year for a multiple in forensics... i was kinda sad that you took out the this is a test a what a test.... and we couldn't look at or touch each other or use any props... then we had stools but that was it... good job it was fun to see someone else do it...
