The instructions are quite oddly written for sure. I have figured it all out with the exception of one thing. I cant understand is how to update time/date stamp on video??

Not sure what one you have.. But I have software that updates it when connected

to your USB port that works for the ones

sets the current time on your computer

to the cam time....

By the way.. so you know... this 9 minute clip was only about 300 meg!! Not bad for the way it looks...
