I think you should do a Sylvia Ji design. There aren't tons of tutorials. There are a couple that I liked. You are talented and yours will probably be in the "Awesome Tutorial" pile. :) There may be tutorials, but that doens't mean they are all great. Use your skills to do whatever you want. You are not jumping on the band wagon if you do this tutorial. Please do one. I would like that to be my costume. but there isn't one I am in love with yet.

septums are painful, yes.

it's one of the most painful places to pierce, but, if u wanna get septum done then don't worry, it hurts only for a second while it's pierced and the piercing is put in, so it's not a big deal.

If your septumpiercing is located in the sweetspot (the spot underneath the cartiladge - where a septum should be located) it is actually not that evasive or painful at all.

Pain is different for everyone, but to say that septums are "the most painful" is exaggerating.
