considering the z06 was bone stock, and traps like 116, my car at the time was traping 135+. I think thats enough to run down a z06. Learn your cars better :)

@LeoGSVT i doubt that z06 was on the brakes you barley hear it but its WOT the whole time as your making the pass but all you really hear is the sound of that lovely turbo.
@crzygutrsnobrdr i installed a gt47-80 T6 setup on the supra just before i sold it, i never got it tuned, but it would have been a 900+ setup, The next supra will be 3.4 stroker/large t6 frame, TRD widebody :)

Thanks for all the comments guys, ive been car-less for almost a year now, my dad passed away last september, so ive taken a break for the car scene for a while. I will own another supra someday, hands down the most fun car i've owned to modify, bmxer, there are plenty of supras with rear seats, mine had them. people tend to do rear seat deletes to save weight, plus there isnt much room back there for people lol

I couldn't part with mine, I've had the opportunity 30+ times, have had money in hand before and always changed my mind, something about them keeps me from selling it. Mine is a 98' Single Turbo (Garrett GT45R .78 trim precision turbo) Too much done to it to explain, but it dyno'd at 973rwhp @ 15 PSI on 93 octane. I had an offer from a guy from New Mexico who wanted to use it for their street racing circuit, offered me $115,000, couldn't take it.
@LeoGSVT Yes the offer was amazing but, I built it from the ground up by myself, from stock. You know how it is, when you put that much work into a car and are that proud of it, its like your kid. You don't want to sell it to just anyone, especially someone who you know is going to street race it and would probably kill himself or someone else in the process. Don't want that on my conscious.

@SF18BRAV0 I'm getting 272s. They make good power but they are a little laggier. I';m estimating 800+ on race gas after installation. I'm on Supraforums with the same user name. Just make sure you find a car that isn't too beat up though. They have some excellent deals on Supras that are single turboed already.
yeah man, 272's are real nice for top end and even some consider them just manageable for daily driving. Do you plan on 'degreeing' the Cams yourself? heres a video that might help, well besides on the SF.
watch?v=_MsqA-C3vGI 800+ on race? are you running a 76+mm turbo? And about purchasing that supra, I might even consider going NA-TT- 6sp swap for insurance reasons + doing a lot of the overhaul myself, its a lot of work but what ever gets me my perfect dream car, I'm all for it.
I pay less insurance for my Supra than I do for my daily driver (Mazdaspeed 3). I'm debating on doing the work myself or getting them installed at the shop. I also have a 74mm precision turbo

Check out some of the big supra performance vendor sites like, titan motorsports, mvp, powerhouseracing, they all have sick already put together kits, or if you want to piece yours together check out boost logic, i run thier T6 header with a GT47-80 turbo and its working really well!! take care man and good luck!

actually, i sold my hellion cobra about 3 years ago, i sold that to get the supra, now the supra is sold as well....something new is in the works

@LeoGSVT Nice Supra man, sad to see you sell it. I couldn't part with mine, I've had the opportunity 30+ times, have had money in hand before and always changed my mind, something about them keeps me from selling it. Mine is a 98' Single Turbo (Garrett GT45R .78 trim precision turbo) Too much done to it to explain, but it dyno'd at 973rwhp @ 15 PSI on 93 octane. I had an offer from a guy from New Mexico who wanted to use it for their street racing circuit, offered me $115,000, couldn't take it.

@LeoGSVT Yes the offer was amazing but, I built it from the ground up by myself, from stock. You know how it is, when you put that much work into a car and are that proud of it, its like your kid. You don't want to sell it to just anyone, especially someone who you know is going to street race it and would probably kill himself or someone else in the process. Don't want that on my conscious.

What are the cam durations do you plan on getting? 264s? 272s? You lucky thing you, I'm currently prowling around supra forums looking for a nice black TT mkiv.

@SF18BRAV0 I'm getting 272s. They make good power but they are a little laggier. I';m estimating 800+ on race gas after installation. I'm on Supraforums with the same user name. Just make sure you find a car that isn't too beat up though. They have some excellent deals on Supras that are single turboed already.

yeah man, 272's are real nice for top end and even some consider them just manageable for daily driving. Do you plan on 'degreeing' the Cams yourself? heres a video that might help, well besides on the SF.
watch?v=_MsqA-C3vGI 800+ on race? are you running a 76+mm turbo? And about purchasing that supra, I might even consider going NA-TT- 6sp swap for insurance reasons + doing a lot of the overhaul myself, its a lot of work but what ever gets me my perfect dream car, I'm all for it.

I pay less insurance for my Supra than I do for my daily driver (Mazdaspeed 3). I'm debating on doing the work myself or getting them installed at the shop. I also have a 74mm precision turbo

hella tight bro you are living my dream. also supras with my mouth was a tight vid too i like to think i can do the modded sti pretty good but not anywhere near yoour supra impersonation you most really just love the sound of great exhaust and turbo/bov sounds as much as i do to be able to mimic the sounds and be able to tell the make and modle of a car just by hearing it. anyways take car love the vids cars and sounds god bless. please comment me back it would make me happy as hell t88 forever

hey man, congrats on the supra you will love it! Tial makes great products that are made in the USA and sound awesome as far as bov's and wg's go. Check out some of the big supra performance vendor sites like, titan motorsports, mvp, powerhouseracing, they all have sick already put together kits, or if you want to piece yours together check out boost logic, i run thier T6 header with a GT47-80 turbo and its working really well!! take care man and good luck!
