I have to say, I think this was one of the top three in the class, and my personal favorite. I don't know why we started with an A/V project, and then moved onto an audio only project, but I think, the more I view this one, I can really appreciate what you have done. I kind of want my audio project ot come out sounding a bit like this one, but not sure if I can execute as well as you have here.
I really liked the way you put together the video and audio in a musical sense, it was pretty seamless. What I thought could have made it really awesome is if you used that structure to have a clear narrative/story/message that gets across in that. The video as it is is very interesting and entertaining to watch but you could go even deeper/more complex with a driving idea behind it, I think.
Despite being somewhat repetitious it was interesting the whole way through.
I really liked the sense of motion created through the way you combined the montage-like footage with your audio. I felt like something was happening and wanted to keep watching.
Great work! The way you treated the audio as a source of music was very impressive, something that I wanted to do but am glad I didn't because I would not have been able to do it as well. The video had a similarly musical sense of Montage. The way that you choreograph the two together to harass your audience into the ups and downs of your composition is hilarious! I loved it, I wish I had seen this in class!
Interesting. The music was done well, and the stalling, starting, winding down was good. I guess what stood out the most to me was the frustration of the car failing to start, but the relaxed rolling motion and music when things were running like a well oiled machine, but of course, I don't know what your intent was.
Wow. I have absolutely no critiques of this video. The audio was absolutely amazing! I can't believe the quality of it. And I really believe the video went well with the audio. You should have shown this in class! Holy crap. Good job! How the hell did you come up with that audio!
