  • 9:28... so many hopeful fangirls...

  • Whoever thinks it SOUNDS like Mark Hamill it's because it's actually Mark Hamill himself voicing on this show.

  • wow i cant belive they just bluw stan lee of like that

  • @bandboy69 Well it's no suprise really, WB owns DC Comics :P

  • Freakazoid: Well that's all from The Lawn Gnome-sa!"

    That part cracks me up!

  • This was made in 1995, so I´m not sure if I would have rejected the Batman 4 script (probably later if I knew it would end in Batman & Robin) lol

  • Gargoyles reference!

  • have you ever noticed that people in this show have 5 fingers!!! wierd!

  • I love Freakazoid references: "Here I'll give the script for Batman IV!"

And "How about an autographed picture of Stan Lee?" "Who's that?" "I have no idea."

  • 8:22 - Warner Bros... "Stone by day... flash by night" XD

  • @vnorris1000 All of the above.

  • Lawn Gnomes are something like Gargoyles wannabees.

  • 10:12 Stephen Furst as Fan Boy? The guy who played Flounder in "Animal House?" OH BOY, IS THIS GREAT!

  • DC/Warner vs Marvel - Stan Lee? Whos that?... No idea!

    Well played.

  • 0:28 that guy is holding a "pinky and the brain " poster!!!!

  • Priceless part at the end where Freakazoid goes all Daffy and jumps around like so!

  • This is your mind. These are comic books. THIS IS YOUR MIND ON COMIC BOOKS!!!

*checks chart* Whoops, nevermind. Thats my mind :D

  • "it's time for frenching with freakazoid!"

YEEEAAAA- - wait... now i remember what that was... xD

    huzzah for misleading titles!

  • qui a coupe le fromaaaaaaage! i just frenched with freakazoid, B*TCHZ! XD

  • its episodes like this that make me want to gather together a great army of fellow fans and storm the networks in an epic battle to get a freakazoid movie made.

i mean really, they begged for a movie every episode in the opening credits, and still no movie!

  • pfft who needs a mind when you can read comics?

  • the sad part of this...thats the only french sentence i can say. thx you Steven! your the man!

  • Wait...how would a super nerd not know who Stan Lee is? Can someone help me in understanding the joke here? This show was aired when I was a kid...but I was never a big Marvel buff.

  • @IndalecioCeleste I think that's the joke - and also that Stan Lee is a Marvel writer and WB, who made the show, owns DC Comics.

  • He runs so much, how is he so large?

  • Jovial little buggers, ain't they?

  • "An autograph photo of Stan Lee?"

    "Who's that?"

I'm going to call up my good friend Deadpool and introduce him to Fan Boy..

  • @NeptuneMS385 Might wanna get wolverine in there to.

  • "Frenching with Freakazoid" ROFLMAO! xD

  • I swear that sounds just like Hamill!

  • @VRtechman

    That's because it IS!

  • Six hour Courage the Cowardly Dog marathon? Ah, Cartoon Network used to be worth watching.

  • MARK HAMILL!!!!! 8D

  • Mark Hamill is the holy grail of nerdom!! :D

  • Is it just me or is Freakazoid's voice REALLY hot? ; n ;

  • @EmetTheUndead

It's not just you. I think his voice is rally hot too! X3

  • @EmetTheUndead Trust me, its not just you. I think its hot too. *blush*

  • Is Freakazoid imitating Daffy Duck on 1:40?

  • Jovial little buggers aint they!!!

  • So the Lawn Gnomes' greatest foe is Fu Manchu?

  • Stan Lee! XD Freakazoid kinda reminds me of deadpool, but freakzoid is kid friendly. :3

  • So basically this show made a living out of taking the piss out of every children's show going.

  • I would never do that to Mark Hamill. Brad Pitt on the other hand, yeah.

  • Lawn gnomes always did freak me out.

  • Freakazoid: An Autographed photo of Stan Lee

    Fan Boy: Who's that

And you call yourself a nerd Fan Boy

  • Comment removed

  • @DThaeman Not really no, reminds me of all humans. Like you =)

  • And to think they actually wanted to make Freakazoid a serious super hero. Hehehe =)

  • 00:39, third fan from the left: Crack kills.

I didn't even notice that until I got back from getting something to eat, but dang.

  • Collot Gnomes reminded me of Call of Duty for some reason xD

  • Humans are prejudice they think we all carry knives or something lol that sounds familiar...

  • WHO IS STAN LEE??? GET THAT NERD!!!!!

  • If I ever met Mark Hamill, I would NEVER quote Darth Vader...

I'd outright BEG him to do the Joker laugh!

    Who's with me!? Show hands!

  • @Reaperluver raises hand

  • @Reaperluver Okay... but only because that would be really mean to the guy.

  • @Reaperluver *raises hand*

  • lol it looks like theyre having a batman the animated series convention. and somebody brought in a picture of stan lee

  • Frenching with Freakazoid :D

  • KIds, if we've learned learned anything today is that your parents are right. Comic books really DO rot your brains. :)

  • OK JE L'ADMET!

C'EST MOI QUI A COUPÉ LE FROMAGE!

  • Comment removed

  • It is clear that WB as the producers of all DC-related on TV is discrediting Marvel

  • mark hammil.... best joker voice ever

  • Jovial little Buggers aren't they?

Never heard 'buggers' in a cartoon that was marketed for kids!

  • raccoonnookkeeper: emmitt neverend

  • Who cut the cheese?

  • 01:25 (fanboy has the strongest leg in the world)

  • This show was so blasted funny, "Qui a coupe le fromage?", hah! The Stan Lee thing was funny as (insert word of your preference). Hm, I am going to sincerely miss Mark Hamill as the Joker, I grew up with that Joker voice, I respect all the actors who have portrayed the Joker, but that voice is just so perfect. It suits him, intelligent, maniacal, funny, to be honest, it sends chills down my spine. Don't even get me started on the greatness of his laugh.

  • Harlan Ellison would be much more abusive then Freakazoid :)

  • Hahaha...foisting the kid off on Mark Hamill...

  • ...'Frenching w/ Freakazoid'....I assume/hope this is before that had another meaning...

  • O_O gnomes are precursors to gargoyles?!

  • Freakazoid should be more sympathetic, considering his non-freaky self

  • I always loved Freakazoid's hair.

  • eric the large *points at cock*???

  • They should have just burnt the Batman 4 script while they had the chance...

  • 00:37

    Another fanboy at the left?

  • so there,

    your cursed goodbye!

  • Was the script for Batman IV a reference to the shelved Batman Triumphant?

  • Makes you wonder if celebrities send each other warning e-mails about super-obsessed fans.

  • Who exactly is Harlen Ellison?

  • @ztslovebird He's on wikipedia.Ellison is this great if infamous writer. He's known for his short stories, novellas and so on. Also his blistering rants on various genre topics. He does this sort of performance art at times where somebody gives him an idea, and he writes a story around it. He was also the writer behind Star Trek's City on the Edge of Forever, and more recently, he worked with J. Michael Straczynski on Babylon Five as a consultant. (Wrote an ep)

  • hahah Harlan's just yeeeah, get me out of here. Fanboy's lucky the guy didn't sear his ears off with a quality rant.

And "hey kids it's Mark Hamill! (applause!) " lol! Pity there were so few episodes of this series.

  • @Whisper2AScream13 The best part is Mark Hamill did his own voice!!! That's not Jeff Bennett or Rob Paulson or Paul Rugg; it's the REAL Mark Hamill!!

If only they hadn't cancelled it; so many obscure references missed, so many supervillains unexplored, so many missed Freakazette jokes!

  • @ztslovebird Oh I'm sure. He's so great with voices. Shame he retired his Joker voice, because he WAS Joker.

  • @Whisper2AScream13 His Joker was that perfect blend of intelligent, crazy, and creepy! Everyone else either makes him too clown-y, too violent, or too zany. But it's kind of hard to keep doing the Joker voice when all the shows he was hired to voice the Joker for were cancelled :(

  • @Whisper2AScream13 He's doing his Joker voice in batman: Arkham City as one last hurrah, due out October 2011.

  • :01-:07 Ahh Freakazoid, don't cry.

  • You know, if Fanboy had been a villain, Freakazoid may have(slim chance, he'd still win) met his match.

  • He does not know who Stan Lee is and he is supposed to be a nerd?

  • @CyberLance26

It's a joke. WB is in partnership with DC comics. So techinically Stan Lee is the competition. Basically a "take that".

  • Qui a coupé le fromage!!! lol

  • I love how they spoof and parody the Most famous scene in The empire Strikes Back!

  • Qui a coupe le fromage???

    MOI!!!

  • JOVIAL LITTLE WHATS?

  • @quiteflypaper Buggers.

  • god dam the lawn gnomes would have been a cool cartooon :P

  • *squee!* Make me a jedi, Mark!

  • gargoyles parody? :D

  • Heh. Frenching.

  • can we eat that crow?... can we eat those vikings?...

    XD

This Knome-toon was awesome from the start =)

  • Vikings = win

  • It really was Mark Hamill

  • That was either the worst or the best Gargoyles parody EVER!

  • This is actually pretty realistic. What happens at comic book conventions xD

  • @XXbrucewayne1

ey gad man, HE WAS LUKE SKYWALKER...THAT'S HIS MOST POPULAR ROLL .

  • lol they said bugger in a kid's show. xDD Wouldn't be allowed to do that now, oh no.

  • Lmao the gnomes were giving head to the wizard

  • I want my own Harlan Ellison. :D

  • @Vorhias ha, me too but that looked nothing like Harlan

  • HE DONT KNOW WHO STAN LEE IS?

    BLASPHEIMER!

  • @reignofcrimson WB, who made Freakazoid, own DC comics, and the Stan Lee joke is funny for that reason.

  • @reignofcrimson Why he should know , who is he ?

  • @reignofcrimson WB and DC are buddies, that is why they had so many pics of Batman in there. DC and Marvel are in competition, so why advertise for your competitor?

  • @reignofcrimson One of the producers of Freakazoid was Bruce Tim. Also known as the producer/writer of batman animated series, superman animated series and justice league cartoons... I'm sure its an intentional pun from a DC fan making fun of marvel :)

  • @ThatBritishVlogger i freakin love bruce timm yo!

  • @reignofcrimson i prefer dc i like stan lee but not marvel

  • and now we present the lawn gnomes lol

  • BULLHOOKY!

    BULLHOOKY!

    BULLHOOKY!

"Boy is that a bunch of bullhooky"

    BULLHOOKY! YEY!

  • he doesn't give people space, he's pushy, and he does not know who Stan Lee is.

    TITAN SMASH.

  • What years was this show on?

  • @xmyusernamesucksx 1995-1997

  • We are wise and cunning. We stole man's fire and tried to hide it in our pockets. That was painful and dumb, so we became even more cunning.

  • loOoOove the starwars joke at the beginning it just proves I'm a NERD!!!

  • lol Stan lee

  • @ToastyDaMosty Who's that? lol

  • who is stan lee? who is STAN LEE??? I'm going to pretend like I didn't hear that

  • @kattwoman17 ooooh man he so bashed Stan Lee.

  • @kattwoman17 They own the rights to DC, not Marvel. It was a reference to that.

  • @kattwoman17 who is he ?

  • @emil4ata I hope you're kidding.

  • @kattwoman17 of corse :D

  • @kattwoman17 I think it was a joke being that in the 90s WB never worked with Marvel but instead did a bunch of Batman, Superman, ect cartoons

  • haha lol any one else see the resemblancewith the Daffy Duck flip at the end

  • You are rats with hats!

  • Yay Harlan Ellison reference!! When this episode first came out, I thought that was awesome. If you know who Harlan Ellison is and have read something of his, please "like"!

  • And together we'll rule the universe as Fan Boy and son...

  • I love how the nomes sound like jews. they even have the big noses xD

  • YOUR VERY OWN HARLAN ELLISON LOL MARK HAMIL OR HOWEVER ITS SPELLED I lol'd

  • Run, Mark Hamill, run!

  • Is the Lawn Gnomes intro a Gargoyles reference?

  • @GavinGill07 I have to assume the whole thing was. I didn't realize it until the very end, it's been that long.

  • @GavinGill07 Yes, yes it is lol

  • @GavinGill07 I believe it is... I believe the whole gnome skit is... I think it was a spoof on the Goliath Chronicles... The whole gargoyle discrimination arc that was soooo stupid... I mean... WE ARE LAND GNOMES! :D

  • Woooot Courage the cowardly dog marathon on Saturday! =DD

  • LOL I missed hearing that. Now there's nothing but bullshit. =[

  • How about your own Harlan Ellison?

  • "Boy, that's a bunch of bull hickey"

  • VIKINGS IM HOOOME!

    hiya erik! :D

  • fucking genius cartoon xD

  • Anyone else spot the hidden innuendo in this cartoon? I'll give you a
