i am very impress with your snails. most people would just step on them in the yard but you french people dont waste anything. what other people dont eat you make it into food . you have to be pretty despirate to do that

Not really, I mean I guess you can call that a peasant dish but that's not really what french cuisine is mainly about. Mexican food for example is a peasant cuisine because they use primarily undesired animal parts such as the stomach, tong, and feet in many of their dishes. It's quite disgusting if you ask me.
