If you listen to the music closely in the intro at the title screen, where it shows Isaac and Hector fighting, you can hear a rendition of Isaac's theme played on a piano and/or a organ.

@ShadowLuke he isnt gay, he may do some gay things, like his poses, but he's not gay, he is insanely strong, he was like almost (or even) at the same level of dracula's power, to be honest i even think it was WAY HARDER to defeat him than defeating dracula, he himself is already way to overpowered, and with his innocent devils he's like brutally strong, ive already beated the game with trevor and that fight was soooo ridiculously hard, it was insane, dracula was much easier.

@hawnkblade Isaac shits all over Dracula's first form. Transformed Dracula was stronger in terms of brute strength, but I agree, fighting Isacc is much more in your face and challenging, Dracula sort of flies around and is easy to doge
