If you guys notice, the passenger had a steering wheel aswell, I'm guessing this was race school or something, unless I'm wrong, maybe its police chase school or god knows what, the driver did try and avoid the bird, he tried turning left out of the bird's way, but the bird went right..

He shouldn't have tried to turn away, he risked the lives of his passenger and himself, but the driver is amazing because upon impact he flinches, but he keeps the steering wheel steady..
