Problem is that neither people who answered the phone are listening to what she's saying. She's clearly not asking about a car. She's an older women who called the wrong place. Why on earth doesn't the guy she's talking to TELL her that she's called a car dealership. He's just egging her on and on.
maybe the problem is that the lady is also not listening when the person who picks up says "crown accura" i don't think it's either anyone's fault per say but I'm really sick of this entitled customer service attitude, the customer is always right doesn't mean you have to lick the customer's asshole clean, and the second guy wasn't in anyway "egging her on" he was just trying to figure out what the fuck she was talking about.
Six minutes. Wrong number. Someone's slipping. Someone's incompetent. And the reason that they're incompetent is because they don't want to be bothered.
The guy talking to this woman is an idiot. He really never thought in the first 45 seconds to ask her if she knew she was talking to a car dealership.
I work in a call centre and believe, ive had people wanting to order underwear when i work for a cell/mobile phone company..... they were trying to buy stuff from bid up tv, and were calling an 0906 number which is barred on our mobiles/cell phones, therefore they came through to me... span me out a bit!!!
its a old woman who has a heart condition and the equpiment has to be connected to the phone in her home to monitor her heart.if ya really lisen you can here her say " cardio"
She wants to set up her Telescale, which is a medical scale that transfers your health data over the telephone line. It's probably all technical and complicated, so I reckon she's a bit caught up in that, and that this is why she doesn't realise it's the wrong number.
Also, she speaks sort of muffled, so it's difficult for the people answering her call to hear what she's actually saying.
so wait, what the hells a white pole beside a phone? i know she called into the wrong place but what did she need help with? saying something was too heavy to move? what the hell?
That sounds like atrocious customer service more than a stupid customer. The first person that answered the phone should have been able to tell her that she called the wrong number.
I worked closing and did on-call where people would press 1 to get to a technician..and that was me on my cell phone. The only thing I could do most of the time is tell them they got the wrong #....They would argue, best thing to do was to just hang up...if they got to me obviously they didn't listen to any of the voice mail. I used to mock them, then I felt bad and would transfer them to the right number (the 800# was 1 digit off) but it was also 1 digit off from a gay chat line.
Speaking as a call service rep (call servant?) myself, I'm really impressed with these guys. They were totally professional. They listened closely and brainstormed the problem, and were utterly polite and respectful every step of the way. Bravo!
I work at that dealership. The two advisors are Frank and Steven they are really cool guys. I detail cars there and all the guys are awesome when I first heard this I laughed my head off.
That was great. I love those pics of the fake people. I feel sorry for grandma but at the same time don't think she's too bright. She's old, thats her excuse. And those customer service people just willing to pass her on to the next idiot just so they can get rid of her. Frank's cool though.
how the hell do you put a scale on a phone? I have no idea whats going on. lol

how did it take 5 mins for them to figure out she had the wrong number. What kind of scale do you put in a car?

That's amazing nobody at the car dealer worked out she wasn't talking about a car, and maybe just possibly had rung the wrong number!

It was a little hard to understand what she was wanting. I didn't know anything about telescales. I would have been thoroughly puzzled too.
