I played the violin for 5 years when I was younger, but I played fiddle music. Then my teacher moved away and my new one was classicaly trained and right out of university. So I quit. Now, I wish I hadn't even though I play guitar, piano (JUST started though. I've have three classes XD), and sing. I'm just saying, don't give up on an instrument or something you're passionate about unless you KNOW you'll have no regrets.
