do un have to have maxed out stats to join nemesis i have maxed archery and 70 fire and 77 necromancy etc

Actually you need good pvp skills stat are essential but your skills are a must , its best to have at least a good amount of rigor and ignore pain if you consider joining cause they have a evaluation duel and based on that you'll be accepted in.

I wish we would show up with 80, I'd be fraps happy. We usually roll out with 20-30. Back in the EU1 days, sure 80 players rolling out happened a lot.
