rollingstone is a load of crap. they only praise bands AFTER theyre popular. Even some great albums only got like 3 stars like Nevermind by Nirvana, but then they gave the next album more stars. Good on Billie Joe for not totally losing it lol. I'd say 21st century breakdown is just a shit album, by any standards, not just by green day's standards.

Good to see Green Day hang in there when things got a little crazy. So many other bands simply puss out. They hung in there as long as humanly possible until it was just getting too dangerous. Not really a fan of their music anymore, but this was classic Green Day at their best!
