I am awaiting the 500 x to come in the mail but my biggest concern is I didn't get the scorpion motor package.. Are you running stock Gaui motors or scorpions?
You will find that you can make the white L.e.d's at the front go solid and also make them blink at different speeds. You are able to do this by adjusting the endpoints of the channel that you have them plugged into.
I do have a gaui 330xs , i got plans to buy the gaui 500x plain frame because i already got a extra set of 2215 outrunners motors and gyro/controller but i need to know whats the thickness of the tubes so i can buy and install the proper ESC's inside them , could you tell me the precises thickness of the tubes ? .

Just wondered, how come your white LED`s are solid? mine are blinking and would prefer them solid.

@Friskle123 Hi, I think this must have been an odd set - the other sets I've tested do blink - so guess that is the default factory setting.

thanks, have to say though, they are spot on for visibility , a must have addition to the frame imho.:) they aid orientation at night perfectly .
