i haven't watched the video yet but radiation is very unpredictable. think of it like a destructive, gigantic meteorite trapped in the orbit of a planet. depending upon its orbit, the meteorite can build speed and break free, or it can smash into the planet, changing the planets mass, spin and rotation -and possibly breaking the planet into pieces or causing the planet to spin off-, or it can just stay there and look like a regular part of the star system, with a moon that has an irregular orbit

@Dionysus187 Nuclear energy pollution is entirely contained and can be disposed of safely, that's what Yucca Mountain is suppose to do. With coal plants the pollution is entirely released into the environment, but somehow hippies would rather drive their electric cars fueled by coal plants and feel superior to everyone while they boycott clean nuclear power. There hasn't been a new nuclear power plant built in the US in almost 40 years, and now... forget about it. Too much fear mongering.
