  • work ontone t's really airy and the improv is all over the place

  • It depends where you buy it. A common one in Canada, conservatively costs $30 dollars. But you may find one cheaper than that in China town.

  • how much does it cost one like this?

  • hi im new in the xiao its on G

but i can produce the same sound that the F does?

    thx

  • I'm no expert but I believe that although the notes are the same, the key of F is a softer sound than key of G. Most recorded Xiao music however is in G key.

  • My Xiao is in F. The RH finger stretch is giving me problems though.

  • I like your music so much, I am looking forward to watch more vedio of your xiao playing!

  • Thank you, the xiao is a wonderful instrument. mine is an F key six holed one. I'm hoping to buy a G key eight holed one soon, as most recorded Xiao music is in the G key.

  • very nice! I am also play xiao!

    is it 6 holes xiao?

  • This is very good. I have just started to learn Xiao and I am having trouble just producing the notes, especially the low ones.

  • Thanks. I've been playing for a long time though. Sometimes to make things interesting i would blow balloons. Sometimes doubled up. I know it sounds weird, but as long as you don't hyperventillate, and do it in a controlled manner, your breath control and strength increases.
