  • I remember this music from Star Wars Droidworks for the PC

  • 4:47 creepy clown droid? I never quite figured out what that droid was, as it never appeared since.

  • it is: Utinni!

  • Jawas are pretty much the door to door salesmen (with appliances) of Star Wars.

    *knock knock knock*

Guy at Door: It's 5 in the morning! this better be good.

Jawa:*pointing to appliances* Ya wan't some?!?!

Guy at Door: I suppose a Cuisinart wouldn't hurt.

  • UTEENEE!

  • Great discovery! Y'know, I never put two and two together...like you, I always thought it was just a concert arrangement or something. But it's now so plainly obvious that the cue was written to accompany the whole scene. I think they made the right choice in cutting most of it, as it does totally eliminate any sort of tension, but it's still delightful music in and of itself.

  • Heigh ho!!! Heigh ho!!!

  • Dig-dig dig-dig dig-dig dig-dig.....

  • oompa loompa gobeti goo, ive got the perfect robot for you!

  • Utani!!

  • 4:13 look it wall-E's long lost cousin

  • 2:23 Does that jawa say penis???? lol

  • GONK

  • 3:34 bee!,4:53 mexican droid.lol

  • I love the Stravinsky homage, for a while it almost matches the section in "Rite of Spring".

  • 4:13 WALL-E !!!

  • I've been looking for this song everywhere, I've had it stuck in my head for weeks now.

  • Anyone noticed that the sound when R2-D2 falls 2:15 the sound effect is different when he hits the ground, sounds like R2's hollow in this one, that must have been changed too with the music.

  • @Andriaccini no this is because the its the original version not the special edition. In the 1977 version he sounds hollow when he falls.

  • 3:00 what on earth are they yelling about?!?! lmao

  • @ninjastah They're probably communicating to other Jawas who were waiting outside the Sandcrawler for them to get back from their hunting trip. (Hunting droids)

  • im making a stop animation on jawas

  • @Andreyouz are you saying you are making a stop animation ABOUT jawas....or are you saying you are literally making a stop animation ON a Jawa??? as in on top of one??? I hope it is the latter....Because I am insane.

  • Some people will believe anything...

  • Jawa likes video.

    Utinni!

  • gonk gonk - 04.17 .... hehehe

  • "They cut it because it sounds "too cute" but, they kept the Ewoks, Jar-Jar and made a 9 year old Darth Vader! Go figure!

  • @PaulUmbarger yeah but the things you said there would cut the story of star wars if they whernt there.

  • :DDDD

  • i dont like the music in that part it takes away from the suspense withought the music you wonder what evil monster is going to take out Artoo

  • Good piece¡¡

Somebody know what's mean "uttini" in Jawaese?

    Uttiniiiiii¡¡¡¡

  • Apprently its some traditional word that they use commonly. And if a human would say that to them they would get offended

  • Uttini is when a Jawa says wow, expresses suprise, or alerts other Jawas.

  • Come here is probably the in this context

  • "Utinni!" ―A commonly used Jawa expression

  • Whootini!!

  • Jawas are so cute^^

  • @AsiaUnitAsia yap :D

  • @AsiaUnitAsia how can you say that without knowing what their faces look like? they could be hideous

  • thanks for that, i have piano sheets of this but couldnt play because i dont know tempo and how it have to sound :D

  • From 2:43 to 2:55, It sounds like a famous modern classical piece, which I can't remember the author (Grrr!). Maybe John Williams has considered his piece too resemblant with this previous music & therefore get rid of it.

    Or it's a remaining temp-track?!

Or perhaps Master George Lucas is preparing "The STAR WARS Special-Special-Ultimate Edition" for this one? Who knows what evil lurks into the heart of Georgie? Fans know...

    Merci pour le sharing!

  • Sounds like sections from Duka's Sorcerer's Apprentice. Hopefully this helps!

  • I've always thought that most of this cue resembles sections from the "Adoration of the Earth" section from Igor Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring". The rest of the soundtrack has hints of Gustav Holst's "The Planets" as well as some harmonic hints of Shostakovich, texture of Richard Strauss and a little Mahler for some bold, brassy flourishes.

  • Gonk

  • lol! I was totally considering doing this... hehe cool
