  • HEART MELT

  • looks f1 man xp

  • @ Highbyetrick my African cat Nalauh(nala) cost me 9,000

  • Are F2 cats more loving than F1? One person with an F1 said that the cat only allowed one person to touch her, do you think thats just that one cat who does that or are most F1s bond with just one person?

  • mama wants to play too

  • hey i got a question, what is the difference between F1 and F2?

  • @tamithomas f1 means its a first generation savannah so serval-domestic cross, f2 is a second generation savannah so its the offspring of two savannah (F1) cats. F2 will have more domestic traits and are generally smaller, also diffrent coat patterns can show up in F2 from their F1 domestic side.

  • You must breed this...how often do you get a litter? Where is the daddy? Do you have trouble selling the kittens for that price? Just wondering...maybe I'll get a few and start breeding them too....lol...patty

  • You mean f-2 and btw so want an f-2 can they eat normal cat food?

  • very very cute... always wanted one... you kinda sound like Ray Romano too... lol

  • I want all of them <3

  • @xabooth Me too, they are gorgeous, every time I look at them I am ready to buy one, but I think I'll stick with my tabby from a shelter. These kitties need a lot of attention especially F1-F4, and they aren't permitted in all states. If I were to get one I'd go for F5 or after, but they are a bit too active and jumpy for my taste: not the type of a cat you'd leave home for the whole day. Plus I am not sure I want a cat this big hunting my toes at night.

  • Im a bit confuse they are called f2 savannah ? I tought they were bengal !?!? some one help me please xp

  • @TheMactools Since nobody answered, I'll try, as I read about it. These are savannahs not bengals (look at the ears, other differences too, but I find ears the most striking). Savannahs come from crossing of Serval with domestic; Bengals come from hybrid of Asian Leopard Cat with domestic. F1, F2, etc. means how far they are removed from the wild. F1 is 1st generation i.e. 50% of wild blood, F2 is crossing of F1 with a domestic, etc. F5 and after are like domestic in behavior.

  • @jewelmarkess Thank you very much

  • @jewelmarkess i have a f5 crossed with a Bengal mother, i call this mix Bannanah, bengalxsavannah sweetest lil girl ever, wants to play fetch everyday, highly recommended if you can be around the house all day(net job)

  • @thisgame2 You should upload the videos, yours must be a great-looking cat. Unfortunately, I am not around all day, not to mention that my lazy 11-year old cat wouldn't take kindly to such an active companion.

  • @jewelmarkess i have one posted in there from when i first got her home. If you cant be home all day get her a little domstic friend at the same time. it will bring them together at the start. of course this after your current homie passes, hehe

much love out there in cat world

  • @thisgame2 Maybe in future. I hope my cat will be with me for a while - I love her, and she is also my link to my mom who passed away and who loved my cat. But yes, cats are great.

  • they may be cute but they've been known to eat people whole :0 Im j

  • @wozler

    LOL

  • @wozler That's baloney! Where on earth did you hear of such nonsense! Your average pet dog is far more dangerous than these cats could ever be so get real!

  • Sweet kittens and an attentive mom.

  • Aw mom is soo good. Thats soo cute when she jumps in an play.

  • such BEAUtiful cats!!!!

  • How much do these cats cost? I wanna buy one.

  • hahah the mama is just watching them play!! that is cute

  • thank you. she is such a good mom..

  • Are the kittens huge montsers now? hehe, I hope you didn't give them away :(

  • I did keep one of the boys. You can see him in the video I just posted under video Responses.

  • i really have been thinking of getting a savannah, is it alot more work then a regular house cat, are they litter box trainable, cause i hear servals are not? whats the difference in attitude between f1 and f2 is it tamer? BEautiful cats, i love bigger cats......

  • Omg u got three thats like 60,000 dollars!!!

  • No they're not that much, but be careful, they are still WILD animal hybrids.

  • so exotic, pretty nice video as well. 5 stars =)

  • Thank you so much!!!!!!!

  • wow thats like $10,000 of cat.........

  • yea thank you. a little bit more though.

  • FYI - there's a cool series on cats - Cats 101 (on Animal Planet) and the first one of the series featured a segment on Savannahs - amazing creatures!

  • Thank you.. I did watch it and it was great....

  • I would love to get a savannah kitten, I love animals and have been doing lots of research on the savannah. It seems that they are all so expensive and I understand it is a very difficult process of mating to get them, but since you have kittens, do you sell them and where are you located?

  • by bengal do you mean an actual bengal tiger or another type of hybrid that is called a bengal?

  • Bengal, the hybrid..

  • Hi!, if ABBA is an F1, does that make her kittens F2s if the dad is not a Savannah? And if the dad is a Savannah are they still F1s? thanks!

  • Hi,

Yes, her kittens are then F2s.. To, be a F1 the father has to be a Serval... I hope this helps.. Anymore, questions feel free to ask..

  • oh i see, thanks! they're beautiful cats!!!

  • no theyll be f2;s dont cross em with a domestic ....ever

  • I learn something new every day.

This leopard-spotted breed is called "Savannah"!

It makes sense--they look like a mini version of their African savannah counterparts. 5/5

  • These, cats are great.. The, mother here ABBA her father was a Serval and mother was a Bengal... So, she is half Serval and half Bengal....

  • thats like 15-20k worth of kitties! wish i could afford one.

  • u should put those chords away so the cats dont get hurt!

  • Im only 14, my parents dont let me have em, they so cool! i love cats!

  • Thank you...

  • I love cats so much!! and i love these types.. but i dont have the money :) im only 14...

  • thank you...

  • how much are these cats?

  • hi, her kittens usually go from $2000 up to $6000.. Crazy I know....

  • oh i figured, ive had enough experience with my siamese and other special breeds : P im a huge cat person...ive spent about 8,000 on my 4 cats, but i love them : ) its a beautiful cat though im definitely thinking about buying one from a breeder

  • So, you know..LOL I love Savannahs... They, are always thinking... I take ABBA for walks all of the time..

  • aw thats adorable, it takes a lot of trust and love for a cat to let u do that, thats really great

  • Thank you.. She, is a special girl..

  • WOW...these were the newborns you filmed a bit ago! Sooo gorgeous they are. How many litters has ABBA had? DO you breed her often? Her kittens are exquisite. Thanks for sharing your babies growing!

    rachel

  • Hi rachel.. Sorry, for just getting back to you.. I will only breed her 2 times a year.. Thank you again...

  • Gorgeous Kittys!

  • Thank you...

  • really cute cats

  • Is there any chances that you may want to sell one of your kittens for a pet?

  • Such cuties! I understand about the toys. Pharaoh is just 16 weeks old and with one swat they fly into pieces from the force of his paw. ABBA is such a great mommy!

  • Thank you...Oh, yea..Toys last maybe a day or so!!! Oh, well..LOL

  • OMG, SO CUTE!!! Abba looks like she's such a good mom :))

  • Thank you,,,,I am so lucky to have ABBA...

  • What beautiful cats! :)
