I just wanted to say first that I agree with a lot of what you say.People need to understand that some will not stop doing drugs.Not just weed.The longer we criminalize drugs the more money and power we put into the cartels and drug lords of Latin America and Afghanistan.I dont know the best solution,but possibly a place where drugs addicts can go to indulge and be tracked as drug addicts.This would also make it easier to get them help because you would know where the addicts are.
